We want you to be satisfied with your ANOVARD purchase.
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in a condition that allows us to assess it and should include all original accessories and components where applicable.
For returns made because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
If the product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us first. Where consumer law applies, repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy will be provided without additional cost to the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, any applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method.
